Sergei Tesliuk

Founder

Sergei has over 20 years of experience solving complex strategic and organizational challenges in international settings. He previously held a number of senior roles at international telecom operator VEON, where he led significant governance and organizational transformations, and managed compensation and benefits. Prior to that, Sergei worked in private equity, overseeing investments in a telecom-focused portfolio and serving as a Board member in several companies. Earlier, he was a partner at the management consultancy Princeton Partners Group, completing over 40 strategy and reorganization projects across Europe. Sergei holds an MBA in AI, Data & Analytics from the University of Amsterdam, and an MA in Economics from Kyiv School of Economics.
